Behavioral Health Instructional System Analysis



This semester-long project involved a systematic analysis, job/task analysis, needs assessment, and an ISD process design of an outpatient behavioral health center, conducting a needs assessment for the specific subsystem within a larger organization, conducting a job/task analysis to determine the knowledge, skills, and abilities/attitudes of employee/performers, and finally, designing an instructional design model to determine the best process for continued development to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the behavioral health center through education.

  • Analysis of a large medical health system, various departments, and subsystems, dissecting the elements of a large organization to determine how they interact with one another.

  • Completed a needs assessment for the specific subsystem within a larger organization.

  • Conducted a job/task analysis to determine the knowledge, skills, and abilities/attitudes of employee/performers.

  • Designed an instructional design model to determine the best process for continued development to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the behavioral health center through education.
