Change Management: Nudge Theory & Bridges’ Transition Model

Change Management Project made in collaboration of seven Instructional Design students, educating on two methods of implementing change in the workplace and enhancing performance through systematic implementations, Nudge Theory & Bridges’ Transition Model.

This project required research, learning content creation, and presentation about two Change Management theories/techniques to establish the transition of performance enhancement in group environments.


E. Musketeers Evaluation of HPT: Defense Acquisiton University

The E. Musketeers dissected, described, and taught the performance improvement training process of the DAU, according to Kirkpatricks’ Evaluating Training Programs, The Four Levels (2006) Case 22. The diagram provides a systemic perspective of the department that conducted the trainings and performance evaluations to increase effective and efficient means of advancing communications and education, with minimal spending, provided by Congress.
